Quality Assurance Officer
Victoria Island, Lagos | Full-time
Ensures the quality, safety and regulatory compliance of the clinic — promoting a culture of
excellence, driving continuous improvement, and keeping the clinic inspection- and
accreditation-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive evidence-based outcomes across the clinic.
Develop, implement and monitor quality, occupational health, safety and compliance policies and protocols.
Oversee infection-control activities across all patient-care areas of the clinic (consulting rooms, treatment/infusion rooms, lobby/reception areas).
Advise on staff health and workplace safety, and promote employee well-being.
Maintain full regulatory compliance and continuous inspection/accreditation readiness.
Investigate incidents, complaints and poor-quality outcomes, and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline (Master's-level qualification is an advantage)
Minimum 2 years' experience in quality, compliance, healthcare administration, or a regulatory role
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment
Experience developing and maintaining protocols, policies, and procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
